Your spa's wall-mounted row hardware provides the anchor points. This kit gives you everything else: stainless steel row bars, a full cord set built for your specific spa, arm handles, ankle straps, stretch cords, and a Jog Belt for hands-free water jogging. Just clip in and go.

Important: This kit requires row bar wall hardware already installed in your swim spa by the factory or your dealer. If you're not sure whether your spa has row hardware, contact us with your spa make and model and we'll help you figure it out.

Five Workouts in One Kit

Row: Seated or standing rows using the row cord set and arm handles — a classic full-body pull.
Pull: Clip the 6 ft stretch cords to the row hardware with arm handles for chest flies, lat pulls, and bicep curls.
Kick: Ankle straps connect to the 6 ft stretch cords for leg extensions, kicks, and glute work.
Jog: Clip the Jog Belt to your wall anchors with the 27.5" cords and jog in place — a full cardio workout with the natural resistance of water and zero joint impact.
Stretch: Use the handles and straps with lighter resistance for post-workout recovery and range-of-motion work.
